Fortisia is designed to be extremely user-friendly, with an immediate and intuitive onboarding experience. The interface is simple, and navigation is smooth for all members.
The Fortisia team takes care of creating your customer account and providing access to the admin portal within 24 to 48 hours after commitment. Once members download the app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store, it is immediately available.
If you choose the White Label version, you will get your own mobile app reflecting your union’s identity (logo and colours). In this case, the creation and activation of your own Apple and Google accounts may take a few weeks.
All your data is hosted in Canada, ensuring sovereignty and local compliance. We use a robust infrastructure (Microsoft Azure) that offers a high level of security and reliability. Advanced protection mechanisms are in place to protect confidentiality and prevent any data leaks.
